We use email, text and phone call to communicate with customers.  These messages will be for informational purposes and will vary in frequency based on customer requested services.  Message and data rates may apply.  Customers may instruct us on how we communicate and can unsubscribe any time by emailing "STOP" as well as request assistance by emailing "HELP".

Use and Limitations

You "customer" understand we make no warranties on fitness of this site or submissions to this site beyond what is outlined in our privacy policy.  

Customer agrees to have Chieftains LLC contact them regarding services and to provide customer support.

Customer agrees to contact by Chieftains LLC by  opting in to communications and is responsible for accuracy of submitted information as well as notification of change of status on opt in/ opt out of communications.

Customer agrees that all submissions are subject to review and rejection of service for any reason and no submission shall be deemed an agreement or bond between customer and Chieftains LLC and that any use of customer information for the purposes of scheduling, communicating or quoting service does not constitute an agreement or bond that services will be provided by Chieftains LLC.

Customer agrees and gives permission for Chieftains LLC to save customer information for custodial purposes and future service requests initiated by either party and in compliance with local, state and federal law.  Customer understands they may withdrawal their consent for use of their submitted information for the purposes of services provided by Chieftains LLC anytime by using the opt out option outlined in this website https://chieftains.co/ privacy-policy.html

Furthermore  communications and service initiated through this website may be terminated by either party for any reason via email, text or phone as outlined in privacy policy.    

Customer agrees that use of this website for the purposes of  illegal trade, intellectual property use without permission,  harassment, criminal activity and fraud will be subject to criminal and civil law and violations and penalties enforced under all applicable laws. 

Use of this website does not give permission for use of its intellectual property, trademark or patents and content underlying this website.
